Delivery Information

At Kaypart, we aim to dispatch orders quickly from our workshop in Northern Ireland.

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 working day. During busy periods, please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Current UK delivery options include:

Standard UK Delivery: £3.50

Next Working Day Delivery, Mainland UK only: £10.00

Scottish Islands and Highlands: £15.00

Saturday delivery, pre-12:00 and pre-10:30 delivery may be available on request. Please contact us before ordering if you need a timed or urgent delivery service.

Couriers

We use trusted postal and courier services depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. This may include Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, UPS or other courier services.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm stock availability and the best delivery option.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will help investigate.

Occasionally, postal or courier delays can happen after the parcel has left us. We will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issue as quickly as possible.

For Royal Mail deliveries, a parcel may not be classed as lost until Royal Mail’s claim period has passed. We will advise you of the next steps if this applies.

International Delivery

International delivery charges vary depending on the destination country and parcel size.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duty, VAT, customs charges or handling fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or delivery charge unless clearly stated at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Very occasionally, we may need to cancel an order if there is a stock error, address issue, payment issue or delivery restriction. If this happens, we will contact you and issue a refund where required.
