At Kaypart, we want customers to be happy with their order and confident that they have purchased the correct product for their vehicle.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unfitted and in a resaleable condition. Please return the item with all keys, fittings, instructions and packaging where possible.

Products that have been fitted, marked, damaged, modified or returned incomplete may not be accepted for a full refund unless the item is faulty.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer require the product, you can return it within 30 days, provided it is unused, unfitted and complete.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns or incorrectly ordered items.

We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If the item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Please do not fit a product if you believe it is damaged or incorrect. Contact us first so we can advise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Bank and card provider processing times can vary.

Delivery Charges

For change of mind returns, upgraded delivery services such as next day, timed or Saturday delivery are not refundable.

If the return is due to a fault, damage or an error by Kaypart, we will refund the appropriate delivery cost or arrange a suitable solution.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product and need a different item, please contact us.

In most cases, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

For online orders, consumer customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notifying us of cancellation, you then have 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be sent back in a suitable condition. If an item has been used, fitted, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
